We follow a 5-step engagement process from your first enquiry to the implementation at your hospital.
We will call you and schedule a live demonstration of our software. This will be done online, over Skype or TeamViewer & phone. We will explore your requirements and the operational challenges you face. The product's fit to your requirements will be evaluated.
We will send out a short questionnaire that we will expect you to fill and send back within a week. The information you provide will be used to price the software for your hospital.
We will then send you a formal proposal for the implementation of the software in your hospital. The proposal will include clear terms and conditions along with the payment schedule.
Once you have read and understood the proposal, we require you to send us a signed acceptance form with the acceptance milestone payment. This will formally initiate the implementation activities.
Project managers on both sides initiate the implementation tasks as per the Project Plan prepared by SocIT. Once the preparatory tasks are complete, the SocIT implementation team will travel to your site to train your staff and implement the solution.
